Our compliance verification process starts with the continuous recording of data and video. A specialized algorithm that identifies all specialized transactions and valuations of cashier and or customer behavior leads to transactions of interest (TOI) short lists. Each short listed transaction is classified according to severity and has both its data and accompanying video automatically saved for Compliance Verification.
All video and data are automatically distributed to the assigned "Video Auditor." It is within this portion of the business cycle that deaf and disabled individuals are used to verify transactional data and compliance processes by evaluating recorded videos. Special care is taken to empower the individual to understand precisely what is supposed to form part of the video playing and allows the seamless saving of incidents identified.
Inconsistencies in standard processes identified are automatically reported to the relevant stakeholders in the organization with a full audit trail of events and incidents raised.
